Our Guarantee –
It is important to us that you are delighted with all our products. If there is any reason why you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from us, you can simply return it to us within 7 days from receipt provided it is unused and in a re-saleable condition and you can supply the dispatch note as your proof of purchase. If after purchase, any product fails to give reasonable wear - due to either defective workmanship or materials we will credit the purchase price to your account. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.

c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under the contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance during that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
